Informed is used to change the prices "mark up" on Amazon. The software automatically adjust the prices base on your strategies.

If you select a 18%-50% strategy the system is going to mark up your item for a minimum of 18% to a max of 50%

For example. If your source price is $100 the informed is going to market it at a min of $118 and a max of $150; this all depends on your competition.
